WARRANTY INFORMATION
EGO 56V Power Plus
At EGO we pride ourselves on manufacturing products that not only have petrol-matching power, but are reliable and robust too. That’s why all our products are covered by extended warranties that you can rely on.
We’re so confident in the performance of our tools that we offer professional users a 3-year warranty on the Professional-X range, and a 2-year warranty on the Professional range when tools are registered within 30 days of purchase. For domestic users we offer a 5-year warranty on all tools and a 3-year warranty on batteries when registered within 30 days of purchase.
Cobra 40V MAX+
Our comprehensive warranty covers you in the unlikely event that your machine requires repair due to a manufacturing defect. This repair will be free of charge for materials and labour only. This warranty will not cover wear and tear parts such as blades etc. Cobra offer a 2-year domestic warranty on all tools, and a 1-year professional warranty on Fortis Powered by EGO cylinder mowers only.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We aim to get your machine dispatched to you as soon as possible. Free courier delivery (usually 3 working days) is available to all mainland UK addresses (except Scottish Highlands). Local deliveries (within around 50 miles) can be made by appointment and include tool set-up and demonstration. Ride-on mowers may take longer, to allow for machine delivery to our unit, pre-delivery inspection, and to schedule delivery & set-up.
If you order before 2pm Mon-Thurs you will usually receive your item(s) within 3 working days for mainland UK addresses. Delays may occur to delivery due to issues with stock availability but we aim to notify the customer as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail.
At present, we cannot deliver items to addresses outside the UK.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before it is delivered to your address, please do not hesitate to contact us either on our 'Contact Us' page or calling us on 07734 530452.
Should you wish to change your mind on your purchase, you can return the machine or accessory within 14 working days. The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us either by email via the 'Contact Us' page or phone on 07734 530452 and we can help in processing this for you.
All goods will be inspected on receipt for any signs of misuse and if deemed so we will refuse the right to refund on the machine or accessory. For all purchases made online, you the customer is covered by the EU Distance Selling Directive (DSR).
